1. Are all vehicles that will be used to provide services to AP Logistics currently insured and covered by valid insurance?
2. Are all drivers assigned to AP Logistics properly licensed and trained in defensive driving practices?
3. Do all vehicles meet acceptable roadworthiness standards and receive regular maintenance to ensure safe operation?
4. Do all operational vehicles carry a valid fire extinguisher and any other required emergency equipment?
5. Does your company agree to comply with AP Logistics' Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements, including all applicable client and Oil & Gas industry safety standards?
6. Where requested by AP Logistics, do you agree to ensure personnel wear approved AP Logistics identification, PPE, and branded apparel while performing contracted services?
